Need some advice from anyone with rental properties and/or any realtors that rent places out. My tenant at my rental in the city is requesting that I concrete half of my roughly 15 x 15 grass backyard. (I think its because shes lazy and a women that doesnt know how to operate a lawn mower). Do I do it for her ? Do I offer to half it? Do I make her pay if she wants it done or do I keep the grass that is almost not existent in the city for a possible future tenant that a lawn may be appealing to?
