Need some help from my computer friends I have a new Dell Inspiron 17r 5712 laptop computer. I am running windows 8 love the computer. Here the problem that I am having with it 1 week after I got the computer the webcam stopped working so they came out to replace it. Well this week I tried to use the webcam again same thing cam is not working. So I have contacted Dell and they are going to send someone out to replace it again. I am thinking its more software than hardware. When microsoft does Windows 8 updates can that have something to do with it. Also I have Skype, AOL, Yahoo, AVG as my as my virus program, and microsoft office when i do these updates can any of them interfer with the webcam.
