Negative outlook = life is gonna be negative (yes I get that depression makes it hard not to be negative) Positive outlook = things will be better. And if youre consistent. Youll be on the road to recovery (yes i get its not that simple and life is hard for some of us and things make it difficult to be positive but it you can stay positive if you work at it then things will be better.
