Offer a glass of lassi or sherbet to a dhobhi in your lane Take your mom or an aunt for a movie whos left alone at home Etc etc You will love yourself by these sweet gestures It is not selfish to love yourself first. It is responsible. Only when you love yourself first you can protect yourself from those who do not treat you lovingly. Lead With Your Heart and develop the confidence to face life with great zest and vigor. All our worries are like bubbles, they come and they just vanish. So never mind these worries. Sometimes you have to shake up and wake up, and be bubbly! When you really stop and think about it you realize that life is only real in the present moment. The past is over and just a memory. The future is only the next present moment over and over to the infinite. NOW is the only moment possible to experience joy . So trust yourself you can do it .
