Neighbors and allies-- I am offering my help in media relations to small groups in the SE area of Seattle. This is not a business, a paid gig, and I do not anticipate starting a business out of it (already have a full time job). I have found that doing media for the underdog is something in which I have a skill and genuinely enjoy. Some examples of groups I have done media for are labor unions, business groups, coalitions, and informal activist groups. I believe it is important for each community in the SE to be able to express their voice on their particular issues, as there is more pressure to be shoe-horned into a broader message where local nuances get lost.
