Decker Location: 1211 Elm St. Redken Laboratories Manchester NH TERMS: Occupancy charges will be posted in a monthly format. Upon the conclusion of each month, the determined balance for said month will be billed directly to Occupant. Failure to submit payment within 14 days will result in an interest charge of 18%, compounded daily. Occupant will be required to provide 30 days notice of intended vacancy. Occupant is liable for any and all damages including, but not limited to tack holes in the walls, flattening of carpet, product staining and scotch tape residue. MONTHLY RATE SCALE: Office $547 (includes carpet) Desk $8 (x 2 desks) Chair $5 Waste Basket $3 Telephone $6 (does not include monthly phone charges) Office Supplies $28 (includes pencils, highlighters, markers and staples) Storage $16 VARIABLE RATE SCALE: Telephone $36 per month plus all phone charges generated at that extension Message Service $12 per month plus .15 per message Paper and Copies $16 per month plus .15 per copy Waste Paper Removal $8 Utilities 50% of all Heat, AC and Electric charges as she spends 50% of her time in the building Coffee .75 per cup For Dee-Ann Schartner Decker and Robert D Foley Jr copy and paste doesnt work well with FB but stumbled across this, just one more time making Dees face get red and lips turn white.
