As Sales & Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible of the delivery of IS projects to our internal customers (Commercial department, Innovation and Marketing departments) by managing the time, budgets, quality, scope and risks. Key responsibilities Delivery of IS/IT projects by managing the time, budgets, quality, scope and risks Collect Business requirements raised by HQ departments and/or markets, and their analysis to produce functional specifications, with or without the help of a dedicated Business Analyst Ensure cross teams coordination Provide regular feed-back on project Communicate with line managers for resources assigned to your projects Coach and develop project team members, and ensure their involvement in the project Follow the development with the Software Factory and external companies ensuring that the developments fit with the IT strategy Test and validate the proposed developments / improvements for the implementation Provide appropriate documentation, training and coaching to the Business Project Managers and ensure the follow-up of the installation / deployment Answer the various requests from users to provide support on incidents qualified as Level 3 during the aftercare of the projects and ensure the handover to the IS support organization Education and experience Proven experience in Web solutions, Sales and Marketing, Mobile with Retail experience if possible Project management background (at least 2-3 years), including successful project delivery Problem solving mindset Degree in Information Systems Management or similar (EPFL, ETH, HES, HEC or University) Business processes background Fluent in English and French Ability to travel internationally Show us that you are able to work in a multi-cultural & dynamic environment and that you have excellent interpersonal skills. You have distinctive skills in planning and prioritizing and you are able to identify and advice on an improvement action plan.
