Network admin friends: I am attempting to extend the range of my wireless network by using a linksys e2500 connected via ethernet to the router my ISP provided. I am not experienced at this and Im having issues, please help? The e2500 is showing a connection, Im able to connect to it wirelessly, and I set it to DHCP. Im starting at IP address 192.168.1.100, and I gave it two DNS servers. I can connect to the routers control panel, but am not getting internet throughput. Is this a thing where conflicting IP addresses are happening for a reason that should be obvious? Or some other kind of thing that I just dont know about? Any assistance or suggestions will be most graciously accepted.
