I believe the author’s intention was to help people live at their highest potential. No previous knowledge or religious beliefs are needed to understand what he is saying. All that is needed is an open heart and an open mind. The author is very candid about their experiences both bad and miraculous and uses those experiences to give the reader a way to come to terms with life. He takes the time to quote others who have been through this same “awakening.” Having anxiety myself, I found his suggestions on how to rid oneself of fear and guilt a wonderful place for me to start. Personally, I found this book a quick read, very thorough and written with the best of intentions. I would highly recommend this purchase, but also practicing its message. amazon/dp/B00KB5OVFY
