☮ ☮ New EU appointees speak out against Russia This would have been THE opportunity for the EU to show that a) it lives up to its Treaty formulation that its highest aim is peace and that b) it has some little independent thinking from that of Washington about foreign policy. Whatever you may think of Putin, to compare him with Hitler is perverse propaganda as well as an insult of the Jews and their sufferings.
