JOB DESCRIPTION Chef de Partie is required to work in a brigade of 4-6 skilled chefs, producing high quality fresh produce daily, using classic background with modern cooking styles and techniques. As Chef de Partie you will be able to work on all sections in the kitchen with the ability to grab the bull by the horns and work to a high standard. Good cooking and knife skills, the ability to work within a team and good communication skills are essential. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Catering qualifications and previous experience within a busy environment or a similar establishment is essential. Commitment and passion for fresh food is certainly required.
