New Job Lease Advisory Surveyor - Leisure - JH/883619 Industry: Real Estate and Property Job Type: Permanent Location: London, England Salary: £30000 - £38000 per annum + Car Allowance and Benefits A leading property consultancy specialising in the leisure and hospitality sector is looking to appoint a Lease Advisory Surveyor within its established professional services team. Based from the West End office, the successful candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor possessing a years post qualification experience working within the retail or leisure property market. The post holder will undertake landlord and tenant matters across a variety of leisure properties including restaurants, pubs, bars, nightclubs, fast food outlets, hotels and sports and gym facilities. This role will be responsible for managing a range of lease advisory instructions including lease restructures, lease renewals and rent reviews, and when required will also conduct expert witness reports for dispute resolution referrals. Operating in a client facing role, you will provide a high quality service and offer strategic advice on suitable improvements to property portfolio performance.
