Based from the West End office, the successful candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor possessing a years post qualification experience working within the retail or leisure property market. The post holder will undertake landlord and tenant matters across a variety of leisure properties including restaurants, pubs, bars, nightclubs, fast food outlets, hotels and sports and gym facilities. This role will be responsible for managing a range of lease advisory instructions including lease restructures, lease renewals and rent reviews, and when required will also conduct expert witness reports for dispute resolution referrals.
