New Job Project Coordinator/Studio Manager - R/CS/GS//047403 Industry: Design and Creative Job Type: Permanent Location: London, England Salary: £35000 per annum An interior design practice in Clerkenwell specialising in high end residential projects are seeking a studio manager/project coordinator to join their team. This role is to manage their small studio team, their clients and projects in regards to scheduling and budgeting. Duties will include but will not be limited to : Arrange travel for members of the Studio as required. Support Directors in performing research, putting together presentations, typing correspondence etc. Provide PA support to Directors Take responsibility for keeping Health & Safety documentation updated as necessary and ensuring that external consultants are booked in to carry out risk assessments according to schedule provided. Organisation of hard copy files and archiving. Ensuring archive database is maintained/updated properly. Be first in line to answer incoming calls Greet any visitors and provide refreshment Place orders for any stationery/consumables Project Coordinator/Studio Manager Deliverables: Co-ordinate arrangements for any meetings - lunches etc. Scheduling and budgeting for ongoing projects Managing internal and external resources to ensure delivery of work Ensuring effective planning, monitoring and reporting of jobs, including chasing time-sheets This is a small and brilliant team of designers who work on exceptional projects.
