In this role you will advise on a mixed caseload of property litigation matters. Typical cases will involve matters such as dilapidations, forfeiture, boundary disputes, rent arrears and possession hearings. You will ideally have a good amount of experience dealing with a variety of property litigation matters. You will be highly professional and keen to network on behalf of the firm.
