New Job Recruitment Consultant - RLQ 20 39 Industry: Recruitment Consultancy Job Type: Permanent Location: Reading, England Salary: £25000 - £30000 per annum Recruitment Consultant, Reading, £25K - £30K Depending On Experience - Plus Uncapped Commission RH Recruiting are working on behalf of a client based in Reading who are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join their busy, expanding team who specialise in IT Recruitment. Recruitment experience is not essential for this role. You must have a proven track record of a successful sales background, showing you are a hungry, passionate sales person with the want and ability to work to and exceed targets. You must also have strong experience and the drive to carry out successful business development, creating, managing and retaining your own client base. An in-depth knowledge of IT systems is by no means essential, although a genuine interest and understanding of IT is desirable. Within the role, you will spend a lot of time in the office to developing your client base, with the view to also spending regular time out of the office meeting your clients. You must be an outgoing person with bags of energy, tenacity and determination. There is an un-capped, generous bonus structure available with no threshold of minimum earnings on commission. You will be based in small, friendly office with a laid back atmosphere with free parking facilities. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday.
