This platform is trusted by thousands of organisations in more than 100 countries and reaches millions of employees worldwide. ________________________________________ Job Overview: Due to growth , they are now looking to a recruit a Regional Sales Executive to join our Small Business sales team. The team consists of 4 other sales people and forms part of UK SMB. UK SMB is the fastest growing business unit across the whole of the organisation and is on target to do 100% year on year growth. How exciting would it be to be part of this successful team? The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to closing. You will be given a defined geographic territory to nurture, develop and grow. I am looking for a B2B sales professional who is success orientated with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with a high level of commitment and a strong desire to be part of an award winning business. Responsibilities: oIdentify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, marketing lead follow up, networking and partner relationships o Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close o Work with pre-sales team when technical or product support is required o Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the products and services o Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings and other business issues relevant to the position oDocument daily sales activities in Salesforce automation tool, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage pipeline and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue and communicate activities to sales management Position Requirements Education, Experience & Training required: 1+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on acquiring new customers Experience to selling to C level Executives Job Specific Specialised Knowledge & Skills: Highly motivated and able to work independently Creative problem solver Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion and presentation abilities Good understanding of information technology particularly web based applications Strong business acumen Value Competencies: Displays passion for & responsibility to the customer Hires, develops & rewards great people Displays leadership through innovation in everything you do Displays a passion for what you do and a drive to improve Displays a relentless commitment to win Displays personal & corporate integrity ________________________________________ Should you feel you are the right candidate for this role we would love to hear from you.
