New Job Service delivery Coordinator - TC10062014 Industry: Telecommunications Job Type: Temporary Location: Bracknell, England Salary: £10.00 - £11.80 per hour Job Summary: The purpose of the role is to manage customer requests for Broadband, Data & Voice services from order receipt through to first bill generation. These requests comprise of new, transfer, change and cessation of service orders. In carrying out these duties it is essential that revenue assurance is maintained through accurate and timely billing duties. Duties and Responsibilities: Process customer requests accurately on to the Supplier Portals and other Supplier order management systems. Add customer solutions to the relevant monitoring systems. Proactively monitor missed install dates and progress with suppliers to ensure revenue is realised at the earliest opportunity, ensuring escalation procedures are initiated internally and with 3 rd party suppliers when an order is in jeopardy. Handover of delivered services to the Support team, highlighting any provisioning issues. Follow the Company cease and renewals processes for existing customers as appropriate.
