The clients I am working with are spearheading the SuccessFactors market and have a large pipeline of projects that need consultants. Experience and Skills required: -At least 2 full implementations of SuccessFactors -The ability to understand client requirements and advise them on the best solution possible using SAP / Success Factors / Workday and other HR technologies -Good balance of experience in design, configuration and testing -Strong Consulting skills - demonstrable presentation and client facing skills are a must. All candidates must be assertive and articulate with the ability to develop and sustain customer relationships -Strong knowledge and experience of the pre-sales and sales processes, and effective contributions to both bids and client presentations - essential at Senior Manager/Director Grade -Knowledge of other systems such as, Taleo, Sum Total, PeopleFluent, Oracle Fusion, Cornerstone etc, would be beneficial -Highly mobile; mobility is required to travel to client sites across UK & EU during the working week.
