New Job Will Writing Fee Earner - BBBH3934 Industry: Legal Job Type: Permanent Location: Sheffield, England Salary: £0.00 per annum We are currently recruiting for Fee Earners with a background in Private Client work to undertake a Will Writing role in our clients Sheffield City Centre office. You will have approximately 12-24 months previous experience of Estate Planning and handling Will and LPA caseload along with a clear understanding of Trusts in general would be preferred as the selected candidate will be expected to provide an estate planning service to the clients involving: Taking instructions for wills and updates to wills from a number of different sources - existing and new clients Conducting face-to-face meetings and home visits Drafting detailed instructions for the will drafting department and associated trust documentation Drafting Attendance and case notes where appropriate Drafting LPAs Reporting to Head of Department The right candidate will have : Client care and communication skills Excellent IT Skills Previous case management system use Excellent time management Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines Be a team player Full UK driving licence and own transport A competitive salary is on offer for this role.
