New Start Is Here :-) But,Disaster within 60 seconds !!! 1st tho(as an Optimist) heres the Boys enjoying their 1st meal together today after I rode Trojan up yesterday from Hope to our new home thanks to Ms Kerry & the lovely Fizz(a most calming influence on Hypa boy)........Poor Riley had a terrible experience after I untacked Trojie&turned him loose to meet his new baby brother :-( He just saw him thundering up the field & Totally panicked, Jumping through the fencing where half his little body laid trapped on the opposite side tangled in the Very tight wiring, back legs completely caught up, Never have I seen such a mess & such a scared little horse, & Never will I Bloody know how I freed the poor soul (Arthritis in both broken wrists but a Womans Determination me thinks)!! He nearly gave up bless him his eyes just closed, After what seemed like a frickin Ice Age a got him out &by then had to Drag him to his feet(after checking No bones were broken&ringing the Vet of course) and al Never know how he was so lucky either :-) Vet said hes Blessed , I am too :-) Shocked to say Trojan stood so quietly while all the poor ponies panicked with Riley, then just walked over & Licked him like a puppy til hed calmed down...1st time theyd met, & now bonded like I prayed they would(Me & baby Riley are Too after This bloody experience) Safe to say it was a Mare of a day but now look how Happy they are
