New Visa Policies implemented effective last 1st of July 2013. 1. Applying for Working Visa (Z Visa) added 1 requirement which is Criminal Record Certificate which will get from your original country. Processing will be notarized and validated by Chinese Government first and then bring it back to your original country and there you will apply for Working Permit valid till 3 mos. And that is the only time you are allowed to fly back to China and process it to 1 year Z visa. In short, all those new applicant in getting Z visa are oblige to fly back to their original country once. Note: All Nationality are same including European or American. Visa Fee for EBS is same. Period of processing approx. 2 months.
