New York jockeys to visit St. Marys Hospital for Children WHEN: Monday, September 8 3 p.m. WHERE: St. Marys Hospital for Children 29-01 216th Street Bayside, N.Y. 11360 WHO: Hall of Fame jockey John Velazquez and reigning Eclipse Award winner Javier Castellano, along with Joel Rosario, Dylan Davis, Wilmer Garcia, Junior Alvarado, Cornelio Velasquez, Manuel Franco and Andre Worrie, and retired champion Ramon Dominguez. DETAILS: Members of the New York Racing Associations jockey colony will visit with patients at St. Marys Hospital for Children on Monday, September 8. The riders will interact with the patients, sign goggles, and distribute gifts. St. Marys Healthcare System is one of only a handful of organizations around the country that is dedicated to providing intensive rehabilitation, specialized care, and education to children with special needs and life-limiting conditions.
