New docs in Kevin Trudeau civil case. Nothing spectacular (I still havent had a chance to try to obtain the latest transcripts). Anyway, Perry Kiraly, his free-range Scientologist wing man Yon Cole and the rest (aka Perry Kiraly et al.) have officially given up fighting the receivers efforts to sell GIN. They had their Shimko file a motion to dismiss their appeal, and that motion was granted. Currently they are busy raising funds for their new scam WIN, but who knows, they may still be thinking of bidding to buy the GINtellectual property so they can make it theirs. As reported on my Whirled a couple of months ago, that was one of their alternative plans anyway.
