New feature in the group begins today. THE DRILL OF THE WEEK!!! After our session on Tuesday, we realized that everyone has been doing a pretty good job on their core drills. Skipping, hi knees, butt kicks and grapevines. Going forward, Justin DiIanni and I will pick a new drill to focus on or an old one to review. This week we will focus on A-SKIPS. The purpose of this drill is to work on basic body mechanics, balance and coordination. Start by marching and then move on to the full drill. Take the time to practice this one as we will be reviewing it again at our next session.
