New free real estate development in Vietnam. The idea is sweet and innovative. Instead of tenants paying ridiculous rent, they just have to pay for utilities, a small management fee, and 15% of their profits to the management company. The conditions- all the products have to be Made in Vietnam, the tenants dont receive any directives from foreign businesses, and they cant sell any imported goods. Its idealistic economic nationalism. This way new rising enterprises in Vietnam dont have to mark up their products 10 times over just to have a space to display them to consumers. I do have my doubts economics-wise but lets hope this goes well.
