New glasses need some (personal) adjustment, but they helped me see a lot of things today. - the mysterious hoofprints in the lane to our stable (none of our equines were out); - the angry momma turtle who laid her eggs in derision as soon as I got her off the busy highway; - the rather fetching young woman in a green sundress and sandals who was NOT dressed nor equipped for a walk down 701 in the heat of the day; - The original Confederate Bowie knife with a poorly riveted deer antler and Stainless--China etched in the blade. - the impaired driver who went from 70 to 20 to 50, across the centerline, off the shoulder repeatedly, and casually drove across the ditch (hes fine, and I am now a proponent of mid-1980s Ford Econoline vans); - and the other fetching young woman on the back of a motorcycle whose parents must be proud to know she is Property of the fellow driving the bike.
