Responsibilities: The community based Marketing Director works directly with the Director of Resident Services and Welcome Home Management Company to develop, execute and enhance sales strategy. The Marketing Director will assist in the development and implement all aspects of marketing plan including advertising, community relations, sales, and special events for the community. The Marketing Director will market the community through building positive relationships with referral sources, qualified prospects, and educating them on the residence’s philosophy and services. Guide prospects through the decision making process. In this role, you will introduce our senior living community and services to potential residents and/or their families. You will be responsible for generating new leads and move-ins from targeted referral sources, facilitating the move in process and experience and managing to occupancy and sales goals. Desired Skills & Experience: · Your proven track record in closing sales, ability to leverage technology, superlative communication and interpersonal skills, as well as your passion for seniors, is required for success in this role; · Previous experience in an independent / assisted living setting is helpful; · Ability to identify and build relationships within the local area that drives business into the community. · Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively; · Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office & the ability to learn new applications; · Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations; · Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.
