New powers eh?...a new contract?.....a signed legal agreement? NONE OF THESE THINGS EXIST! There is no legal signed document that would guarantee that the Scottish people would be entitled to call another referendum if these promised powers were not delivered after a given time. Not a single signature from Gordon Brown....Cameron...Darling... is on any piece of paper making them liable if new powers are not delivered. This is nothing more than a Westminster con job on the Scottish people designed to stop independence with no appeal process when English MPs decide to veto these new powers months after the dust settles. Once again Westminster have demonstrated that we can NEVER place our trust and future in their hands and if this deception is not enough to convince anyone to vote for independence then our country faces a bleak future of servitude and asset stripping at the hands of the British establishment.
