New vacancy Client Services Executive, Pharma-Biotech Market Intelligence London, £40k plus bonus Our client is a global provider of market intelligence, data and analysis on pharma-biotech markets to manufacturers, suppliers, advisory/professional services and financial markets clients worldwide. The group is looking to hire an experienced client services professional to provide training, support, ‘soft-sell’ account management and related services to clients throughout Europe, with a view to optimising usage and maximising renewal and retention. The Executive will also provide presales and post-sales support to help secure business and to encourage usage post-sale. You will be an experienced client services, account development or training professional with a strong track record in providing support and training for online information products face-to-face and via interactive media. You will have proven skills in designing and delivering training, providing practical and hands-on support to sales staff and to prospective clients during sales pitches and in offering proactive support and advice to clients to encourage usage post-sale. You will be commercially astute, with a keen sense of the importance of this role in securing business and ensuring renewal and retention of existing clients. You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable with engaging both with individual clients and with groups of users both in a classroom environment, in presentations to larger audiences and via webex or similar media. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential and ideally you will also have one or more additional European languages. You will also be prepared to travel as required.
