News In KELANA JAYA:- 1) Forgot to tell you that Paradigm Mall is going to open another shop nearby former Mary’s house (Happy Garden OUG Garden) and it’s called Paradigm 2 Mall. Just to let you know. Paradigm Mall right now is going to build office tower and another one is Hotel and Apartment sharing one pool and the pool and gymnasium at the middle of the building which is good. The maintenance shall be between RM 500-600 and ours is RM 284 just to let you know. They are going to open their show units and buffet at end of December so good. My mall even have Penang famous CHENDUL yummy!! 2) ZENETH Service apartment right now selling 115K for 995 SQ feet and maintenance shall be RM 200-300. Renting shall be RM 5,000-5,500 plus-plus and actually I want to see their units but need to book for appointment and I said no way. Actually mind is better than theirs. 3) My condo ask us to paid up our maintenance fees before they given us 6-7 access card for exchange for free. This access card is different from last time is you no need to touch at the board before you enter my condo. Even you no need to wind down the window anymore to enter my condo anymore and just scan only which safe my money for spoiling my windows which I’m happier. Moreover the theft no need to snatch my bag inside my car anymore and one of the old people forgot to wind up the window and the theft have snatch her bag which is bad. I didn’t know my condo have lost to The Heaven in IPOH and my condo right now have reach to 4th place so bad cause IPOH have finally won it last year. My KELANA JAYA my township so good!! KAH KOOI
