***News Release- Metro Narcotic Drug Arrests*** On September 1, 2014, members of the Utica Police Metro Narcotics Unit, assisted by the US Marshals office, arrested Randy McRae (age 49, of Gilbert Street, Utica) and Wanda Osorio (age 56, of 1202 Catherine Street, Utica) and charged them with: *Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (a class B felony), *Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 4th degree (a class C felony), *Three counts of Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree (misdemeanors), and *Criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree (misdemeanor). Today, UPD Metro executed a search warrant of the first floor apartment of 1202 Catherine Street, Utica. Investigators seized heroin, cocaine, digital scale and cash. *Please note*** All charges in this post are allegations, and arrestees are innocent until proven guilty.***
