Video shows about fifteen (15) people streaming out of the Kosher Grocery store after the Police ended the siege, could the terrorist have gone on the run as the hostages exited the business? Why did the French authorities send 88,000 troops into the forest when soft targets apparently went unguarded? Homeland Security, at a minimum, should mean putting in place a plan that immediately places guards at soft targets such as Schools, Government Buildings and sites associated with the religion most hated by the terrorists.
