News and events from today that effect my family have brought me to a place Im not familiar with. Change, they say, is good...but what if that change is unexpected and unwelcome? Its times like this where I sit here and think about the path Ive pledged my life to...I have a talent for helping every day individuals (like all of you reading this) find the courage to seek a better life that revolves around discovering health and fitness. Its my passion and Im exceedingly good at it. Im only saying this because, no matter how ugly things get and how far life gets trampled on, I have a responsibility to be the rock of support for so many people. My strength is theirs, so it has to be constant. So...even at this dark time right now all I can do is pacify my sadness and worry by helping others find happiness. If you know anyone who needs support, guidance, a friend, someone who knows what its like to be unhappy and overweight without a clue of how to get better...someone who has been there and has fallen down plenty of times...and pushed past limits he didnt know existed to finally transform himself into a dream that was never promised...
