Designated customer service point for disabled supporters on matchdays, located at the main entrance (Constantine Road – behind the Co-op Stand) Cardiff (away) 31/1/15 – Important information for disabled supporters/supporters with mobility problems Coach park is within a 100 yards of the away seating area Accessible parking spaces are available to book by contacting 0845 365 1115 or 07817 468798 (eight free of charge parking vouchers are available through DCFC’s ticket office, and these will be allocated on a first come first served basis) The concourses do have rest areas included Facilities for assistance dogs are available Catering kiosks in the home and away sections do have low level serving counters and so are fully accessible. The club shop is accessible for all fans and does have a low level serving counter There are 20 accessible toilets spread across the stadium at every viewing level. 20 spaces for wheelchair users can be found at pitchside in the away section for away supporters.
