A little bird told Waverley Mutters that Cllr Adam Taylor-Smith has suffered a setback in his ambition to climb the greasy political pole. AT-S is rumoured to have ambitions to become an MP. Unfortunately for Dumb, news of his Waverley short-comings has spread and he wasn’t even invited for an interview in Thanet where he was hoping to be propelled to nationwide fame by standing against UKIP’s Nigel Farage. He doesn’t have a good word to say for UKIP or the charming Di James – whatever you might think of her politics you can’t deny she’s a good local Councillor and scrubs up nicely on Question Time – but he’s more than happy to coast along on their coat tails if he thinks it will get his mug flashed into the homes of millions of viewers nationwide. Rumour has it Worthing is the next town in his sights! Watch out Adam, no town wants an MP with more front than its got!
