Next month, I will be participating in Barbells for Boobs at Ace High CrossFit in Charlevoix. The event is a crossfit workout with a cause: to fund-raise for Mammograms in Action, a non-profit organization that provides uninsured and low-income individuals funding to receive mammograms and other early detection tests.
