Next time you feel a little off. Take a few moments and go for a walk. You dont have to run or even walk fast. Just get your body moving. While you do this exercise practice being present and non judgmental at the things you observe. If you find yourself not being present then start over again to be present. If you catch yourself judging what you see - then quietly apologize to what you judged. This is a perfect grounding exercise that anyone can perform. Give it a try and be patient with yourself. You may have years of undoing the natural worrying and judging that you were taught to do.
