Night Auditor Position - Casa Ojai Inn by Ojai Hospitality Group Inc. Job Demands: The main duties of a guest service rep include: checking guests in and out, answering general questions and taking and modifying reservations. They might also handle concierge duties and occasional housekeeping tasks. Work Environment: Guest service agents work inside, behind a desk. They use computers extensively. They usually have clear guidelines to follow and may have to work at a very quick pace, particularly during check-in and check-out times. The hours can be long and varied. Personality is very important. Strong people skills, including diplomacy and empathy, are sought in guest service agents. Additionally, they must be good at multitasking, remaining organized, accurate and cooperative. Requirements: This position is Part-Time Night Audit is 11 PM - 7 AM Daily and demands a self-motivated person that can handle such things as pool maintenance, billing, some computer and web work, customer service, and housekeeping.
