Nights Out In Slough! What was your usual Friday/Saturday night out in Slough when you were younger? Mine was meeting friends in the Moon and Spoon for a few, then head to the top end of the High Street to Yates then the Litten Tree, then back down the High Street to either bust some moves on the expansive dance floor in Harrys (if we were allowed in) or alternatively get the bus outside the Phrenologist and Pherkin to go to Utopia in Reading. If it was a Harrys night, when we stumbled out we would get a kebab from the van next to the library, talk rubbish to people (i.e. try the sophisticated charm on the lovely ladies) Sometimes, we would be adventurous and head to Henrys in Burnham Beeches, then walk all the way home in the dark. As I got a bit older though, the routine changed to the Hershel Arms, Alpha Arms and the Huntercombe.
