No matter how bad my day goes, there is always a great joy brought to my spirit when I get the opportunity to execute my craft for a guest and actually talk to them about the culinary journey Im going to take them on, and then watch the plethora of tastemotions they go thru. I love when the female takes a bite, then grabs her mans hand and encorages him to try it also. They grasp hands and smile at each other while chewing and sometimes trade a loving kiss. My art, created that moment, that flavor, that memory just for them, that no one else can reproduce in their lifetime together. For me there is no greater joy & Thats how I know I was born to do this!!
