This is the perfect location for all skill levels, whether you just want to wet your toes or brave the short swim to the buoy WHERE- Approx 100m south of Coronado Community Center, at the playground. 1845 Strand Way, Coronado, CA 92118. Look for the crazies without wetsuits, thats us WHEN- 7:45am...SHARP. If you are late, you will be held under water for however many minutes you were late. WHAT- Swim/Run/Stuff workout. WHAT YOU NEED- Swim gear, towel, goggles etc AFTER- find a place to enjoy a hearty breakfast This area has very calm (and shallow area) water which will help build confidence for anyone who may be nervous around water.
