I am loving it and I can tell you that I SEE and FEEL the changes in the areas that I always wanted. None of my old pants fit. From a size 32 to a 29! Damn I can see the difference, and my chest and biceps are rocking it as well. You are a great trainer buddy! No Chadi, you are a great client! Youre the one who is doing the things you need to day in, day out with your training and your nutrition to have those results. Make sure you appreciate those around you who deserve it! Keep going!
