No pics today. Been a shocker but ended well. After a great flight and early arrival into Manchester, we collected our hire car. With a 2 hr drive ahead we were keen to hit the road... Uh uh... 3.5 hours in the car and we were still only 4 mikes from the airport!!! Motorway closed due to massive accident and we were right in the middle of the traffic trapped and not moving anywhere..,finally got moving at 12:30 and on to Gretna for a quick coffee with Colin Cronie,Gillian Cronie, Helen Cronie and Clint. We then drove another couple of hours north to arrive a lot later than planned with Ann Anderson who threw us a lovely BBQ. The BEST weather topped it off. Stunning Summer heat and sunshine. Xx
