No pictures to prove this post, however, I would like to change my focus to Chief Mastronardy, our hopeful sheriff candidate and Lt. Steven Gerding. Long story short, said officer sued Toms River Township when I was a public information officer for not giving him his rightful promotion. The reason he did not get it is because Mastronardy would not allow whats fair is fair and denied Gerding what he worked so hard for. On this note, as the PIO, I was made to travel over an hour away to attend an event where Gerding was getting an award from Chris Christie. This trip, according to Mayor Kelaher who ordered me to go was a last ditch effort to soften the blow for Gerding when he was to find out he was not getting said promotion. However, my little old press release was not enough and the whole thing backfired with Gerding getting a lawyer and suing Toms River. He won. Hence, your taxpaying dollars once again going to the bad and unfair decisions made Toms River politicians and political bosses like George Gilmore.
