No, this is not a cry for help. I promise. its just a very, very good song, about a subject everyone should at least be aware of. Ive never had a friend do this, and I count myself lucky in that regard. To those who have, or to those who are considering such a thing... hey, Ive spent a LOT of time with a lot of you recently, asking (and receiving) a lot of love, care, and compassion.
