The food is delivered fresh (NOT frozen), so all you need to do is heat and eat! As an introduction RealFood Connection is offering CrossFit Black members 15% off all orders placed by Friday 1 November. FIRST DELIVERIES WILL BE MONDAY 4 NOVEMBER.
