Nocturne Logo and Emblem Contest I have amazingly talented and creative players and they also probably have amazingly talented and creative players. So I am announcing a Logo and Emblem Contest for the Official Nocturne Logo and Symbol. PRIZE $200 The Winners artwork will be featured on nocturneonline, Nocturne’s facebook page, and any Other Nocturne Social Media with Credit to the Artist. I am looking for the following criteria: A Logo that has the word Nocturne And Logo & or Emblem that is reminiscent of the covenant, that means all 3 churches. PREPARING YOUR ENTRY The file must be saved as a JPEG, files may not exceed 5MB.You may submit multiple entries. You do not have to be a player of Nocturne to enter the contest. All properly prepared entries will be viewed and judged. NOTIFICATION The winner will be notified February , 2014. The results will be made public at the Nocturne February Event . Non-winning entrants will be individually notified of the results. Competition terms (1) Age - All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate. You further represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. (2)The Nocturne Logo and Emblem Contest runs from January 23rd, 2014 until February 12th, 2014. All entries are to be either digitally submitted by 11:59pm February 12th, 2014. (3) Entries must be submitted via email to nocturnelogo@gmail and as a JPEG format. The size of the file cannot exceed 5MB. (4) Submitted artwork must be your original creation! Copyrights - All of the images that you will be submitting are images of original artwork created by yourself or it is artwork created by an artist who authorized you to submit the images on his/her behalf and the images do not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright rights, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. (5) All contestants will be required to agree to the Contest Terms & Conditions in order to enter. Please agree to the terms by giving your name, email, age, and mailing address, date, and signature scanned and sent via email. (8) The Art Contest will be judged by the owner of Nocturne LARP LLC, and its volunteer staff. (9) By entering this Contest, each contestant consents to the use of his/her name, and/or artwork in any merchandise, advertisements, educational materials or publicity carried out or produced by Nocturne LARP LLC, and its advertising and promotional agencies without further notice or compensation. Nocturne LARP, LLC can publish or decline to publish, or use or decline to use, any submitted artwork at Nocturne LARP, LLC sole discretion. In turn, the contestant still retains the rights to use and publish their artwork. (12) The Contest sponsor, Nocturne LARP LLC, rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to this Contest and the awarding of the Prizes. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. (13) The Winner’s entry will become property of the Contest Sponsor, Nocturne LARP LLC. (14) Contest Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, garbled or misdirected entries or entries that have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy the Contest Rules or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrants or any other persons computer. (16) By entering this Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, advertising and promotional agencies from any liability for any loss or damage of any kind to the entrant or any other person in connection with this Contest or participation in any Contest related activities, including but not limited to the use or misuse of a prize or any portion of a prize including personal injury, death or property damage. (17) The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Contest should an external circumstances arise which are beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Sponsor. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest. This Contest will run in accordance with these Contest Rules, subject to amendment by the Contest Sponsor. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, amend, modify or terminate this Contest or the Rules at any time in its sole discretion and without notice. (18) Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the Contest.
