None of the country in the world developed on foriegn resources...Name any one??? we have to look at our own resources...let us have stock taking... At top is the working population which is not being directed to employment...I think housing sector can be started with out any foriegn aid...simply a mechanism should be developed in Ministry of housing and private sector especially banks should be given chance to invest and sell houses on easy installments to citizens....jobs...better living standard at your own resources...Provinces especially KP should lead in this although Punjab needs urgently..... Energy...we have water and solar in abundance...just a machanism required to give chance to private sector..in water resources KP should lead while in solar punjab...sindh can focus on Coal although coal of sindh is poor quality and needs technical help to refine and use in electricity production..... Agriculture demands water and with out KBD we cannot provide sufficient water..immediately a meeting of provinces be convened and issue should be settled...there are two major reservations from KP it is royalty which can be shared with KP...and Sindh water theft which can be tacled by handing over distribution control to Sindh....Our banks can provide sufficient amount to finance the project... Industrial issue demands two things...one is cheap goods which looks beyond attainment as after China perhaps we are not able to do but still certain areas can give us differential advantage especially in textile, surgical and sports...there is a need of training to export oriented business..and this job should be done by ever expanding business schools....and second is research to develop new things/technology to compete any one in the world...I am sure PK land is fertiliser enough to produce PPl like Bill gate and Steaf Job.... We need to focus retain talent instead of exporting..after all what Pk got by exporting able brains to other countries...as a result other countries developed and we are still there...infact moved to worse condition.... Above all the real challenge is law and order...with out peace and sense of security we cannot develop...Justice can prevail if we decide to establish...
