Not a common post is stories from overseas. But this one caught my eye when Mikael Colville-Andersen tweeted about this bridge. He mentioned that 44,500 would be probably all the commuters in Australia combined that crosses this bridge daily. This is a traffic light change and the rush of bikes and people after the lights have gone green. Everyone just moves together, no stress, no aggression. We dont normally post overseas articles because we find it hard to compare our streets with their conditions. But this is an achievable situation, immediately, with no delay. The movement of people in a city, just doing their own thing and going from A to B or C or D - meh who cares! But that is the point. You can even see them already starting to build up again at the lights in the distance. We hope to see one day soon. The flow of humans in the cities. politiken.dk/indland/ECE2331014/44500-cyklister-koerer-over-knippelsbro-hver-dag/ The headline reads: 44,500 cyclists running over Knippelsbro every day. The two-wheeled traffic continues to grow. The amount has increased by 10-15 percent from 2012 to 2013. Knippelsbro is a main route for cyclists in Copenhagen: For more on the bridge than on Noerrebrogade, Østerbrogade and Vesterbrogade.
