Not early this morning, but yesterday morning I had my daughter crying for her water bottle because of the heat. Not many people know this but Im a very heavy sleeper. I dream a lot and if a bomb went off Id sleep straight through it. I was still half asleep walking to the kitchen to get the bottle and coming back to give my daughter a drink. It was pitch black and also being half asleep was a mission to avoid all walls. As I walked back into my bedroom my phone light turned on randomly as if someone was in the room giving me light to see my bed. Too tired to even think I thanked who was looking after me, checked the time which said 3.10am and went back to bed. Over a long period of time, Ive discovered that between 3am- 3.15am is the most active time within my home. Anyone else have great experiences within their home ?? :)
